Tap Pattern
Draft documentation: This document was created with the help of AI and has not yet been fully reviewed by a human.
Tap Pattern turns rhythmic taps into a cue sequence's timing structure. Open it from the Command Palette.
Arm capture with Arm, then tap in the capture area to record a rhythm. Inspect the tap timeline and analysis. Delete last removes the most recent tap; Restart clears the captured taps for another attempt. Disarm capture when you are done so further input does not add taps.
Adjust Sensitivity and Granularity to examine how taps are grouped. Compare the grouped pattern with your intended rhythm before choosing Create Sequence.
The generated sequence contains timing structure and empty cues; it does not invent lighting looks. Open it in Sequence Editor, store programmer looks into its cues, and rehearse the result through preview or a Clip. Save the showfile after adding programming.
