Properties

Draft documentation: This document was created with the help of AI and has not yet been fully reviewed by a human.

Properties displays settings for the active panel and its selected object. Open it from the Command Palette and dock it beside the panel you are editing.

Select a cue, sequence, clip, fixture, timeline action, or another supported object in its own panel. Properties updates to that context. Changing focus can therefore change the controls you see; check the object label before editing.

Use Properties for detailed settings that do not fit the source table: clip source and priority, sequence and cue timing, fixture information, or timeline behavior. Commit a text or numeric edit using the control's normal confirmation behavior, then check the resulting value.

An empty panel does not necessarily indicate an error. The active panel may not provide properties, or no object may be selected. Return to the source panel and select the object again. Contextual editor pages explain their specific settings.
